Some of our items are printed to order and these will be shipped separately to items that we hold in physical stock.

Some of our products are limited stock items and we cannot guarantee if they will be restocked in the future.

We unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed.

At present we are unable to combine multiple orders.

We currently only offer exchanges on faulty or damaged items.

Write to us at help@rebelandwild.com (help@rebelandwild.com)with info and pics of the incorrect item so that we can establish the error and fix it asap!

Check your confirmation emails to make sure it was not shipped separately from the rest of your order and may arrive in a different package. If you are certain all items should have been together please contact us at help@rebelandwild.com (help@rebelandwild.com)and let us know what is missing!

Once a refund has been processed it can take up to 7-10 business days to reach your account.
